Over the years, we have been fortunate to work with highly talented wedding vendors, and we are thrilled to provide you with their information! We compiled this list based on the following experiences while working with them:

But, before you begin your search, we recommend using this guide to assist you in navigating the process.
As you search for vendors, trust your instincts! If you feel the need to be persuaded to hire a vendor, they may
not be the best match for you. With that, we recommend hiring a wedding planner before anything else! They
will be your advocate, creating a fun and stress-free wedding planning process. And lastly, do not hire
uninsured or unlicensed vendors! Especially ones who do not provide clear and understandable contracts.
Remember, contracts and insurance protect everyone, not just the couple.
As you search for your team, a few things you should confirm before starting your search are:
1. Prioritize your needs over your wants.
2. Set a realistic budget and stick to it.
3. Ask for referrals.
4. Ensure you have a good connection with your vendor(s) and confirm that they are attentive to your needs instead of dictating what you should have or want.
5. Get everything in writing and communicate through email rather than text messages.

Questions you should ask before hiring:
1. What’s your day of backup plan in case of emergencies?
2. How many people are part of your team on the wedding day?
3. Are there any additional fees outside of the package information sent?
4. What is the payment schedule?
5. How many weddings do you take on each year, or per weekend?
6. Are you licensed and insured?
7. For photographers and videographers – What is your turnaround time, and how can I use the files after I
receive them?
